Did you ever wonder what progress you have made towards your sales or commissions goals? How much you have sold to date? Home much you have in escrow? What your tax liability might be? ComTrack is a Real Estate commission tracking system. ComTrack allows you to track your sales, commissions (gross and net), sales date, agent participation, and the status of each transaction. ComTrack displays the count, total, and average commission, gross closed commission, and net closed commission for all transactions or subtotals on transactions that have a status of closed, in escrow, active, or other. Create, read, update, and delete transactions from the VIEW/EDIT screen. Display a summary of transactions from the VIEW ALL screen.Enter your Goals for Sales, Gross Closed Commissions, and/or Net Closed Commissions and compare them to your actuals from the GOALS screen. Goals are compared to the sum of all transactions regardless of type.
